Can I return my item?

Yes we accept returns for most of our items if they are unopened and unused. Please contact us to arrange a return.Please note: we do not accept returns of any liquid products due to health and safety unless the item is faulty. This includes:

  • All nail gel polishes
  • Prep and Remove
  • Glues

Due to the nature of the products we are selling, we wouldn't want to put any of our customers health at risk in any way, so unfortunately due to hygiene and contamination reasons we are unable to accept return requests for some of our products, even if you say 'we haven't opened or used it', we are unable to tell if this is true and we cannot risk passing the items onto other customers. So please ensure the product is the correct one before placing an order.

If an Item is defective, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order and we shall do our best to resolve the issue for you. All products are checked before dispatch to ensure satisfaction.

When will I receive my item?
