When will my item be delivered?

All goods are dispatched within 24 hours of making payment Mon-Fri with a 3pm cut off time each business day.UK Standard delivery is free and sent via Business 1st Class post. International Post is sent via courier and prices vary depending on location and amount of products purchased, please see details when checking out during peak periods such as Christmas and Valentines day etc, standard postage may take a little longer due to the delivery companies. We can guarantee we do our best to send them out asap, but unfortunately things happen occasionally which are out of our control. Please allow 7 days after your purchase before contacting us if your item hasn't arrived. Can I cancel my order? Yes of course you are able to cancel your order. Please be aware we have a speedy dispatch, but do not worry as we will assist you with an easy return process if the products are unused and in their new original condition.

Can I return my order?

Yes, we accept returns for most of our items if they are unopened and unused. Please contact us to arrange a return Please note: we do not accept returns of any liquid products due to health and safety unless the item is faulty. This includes

  • All nail gel polishes
  • Prep and Remove
  • Glues

Due to the nature of the products we are selling, we wouldn't want to put any of our customer's health at risk in any way, so unfortunately due to hygiene and contamination reasons we are unable to accept return requests for some of our products, even if you say 'we haven't opened or used it', we are unable to tell if this is true and we cannot risk passing the items onto other customers. So please ensure the product is the correct one before placing an order.

If an Item is defective, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order and we shall do our best to resolve the issue for you. All products are checked before dispatch to ensure satisfaction.
