COVID19 - When will I recieve my item (Please Read)

Rest assured we are still open for business and we will be processing orders as normal! Due to the current covid19 crisis there are delays in the postal services all around the country/world, whether you were to buy from us or another comany everyone is affected and differently in each area.

We are continuing to monitor our orders and we will continue to post our orders Priority Business Class, so please be patient, you will recieve your order. Most of our checks say our customers are recieving their orders in 1-5 days, however, there have been a some delayed slightly longer due to the crisis, if you have not recieved your order within 14 days then please get in touch, we will do everything we can to ensure you recieve your order, you as our customer are very important to us and customer service is at the heart of what we do!

Can I return my item?

Yes we accept returns for most of our items if they are unopened and unused. Please contact us to arrange a return.Please note: we do not accept returns of any liquid products due to health and safety unless the item is faulty. This includes:

  • Eyelashes
  • Prep and Remove
  • Glues

Due to the nature of the products we are selling, we wouldn't want to put any of our customers health at risk in any way, so unfortunately due to hygiene and contamination reasons we are unable to accept return requests for some of our products, even if you say 'we haven't opened or used it', we are unable to tell if this is true and we cannot risk passing the items onto other customers. So please ensure the product is the correct one before placing an order.

If an Item is defective, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order and we shall do our best to resolve the issue for you. All products are checked before dispatch to ensure satisfaction.
