COVID 19: Shipping Updates
We are still open for business and processing orders normally! However, you may experience delays due to curtailments to normal postal services. We are monitoring our orders closely and will continue to ship orders Priority Business Class within the UK. If you have not received your order within 14 days, please contact us on our website here.
We are also fulfilling international orders and shipping via courier.
All the orders placed on our website are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment, Monday through Friday with a 3 pm cut off time. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the next working day. During peak delivery periods such as Christmas and Valentine’s day, you can expect your order to take a little longer to be delivered as standard postage may take a little longer due to the delivery companies.

We offer free delivery in the UK for orders over £10 and tracked international shipping at only £9.99. We are committed to speedy deliveries and most orders within the UK are delivered within 1-5 working days. If you are located within the UK and haven’t received your order after 7 working days of purchase, please contact us.
Cancelling an Order
you are able to cancel your order. Please be aware we have a speedy dispatch but do not worry as we will assist you with an easy return process if the products are unused and in their new original condition.
Returning a product
We accept returns for most of our items if they are unopened and unused and in their original packaging, within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Products will have to be mailed back to us in order for us to process your return and refund. Once we receive the products, we will process your refund within 48 hours. Depending on your method of payment, you can expect to receive your refund within 2 - 10 working days.
If an item is defective, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order and we shall do our best to resolve the issue for you. All products are checked before dispatch to ensure satisfaction. Customer service is at the Heart of our Policy and we aim to give complete satisfaction, please let us know if there is anything we can improve on.
We do not accept returns of any liquid products due to hygiene and contamination reasons we are unable to accept return requests for some of our products, even if you say "We haven't opened or used it", we are unable to tell if this is true and we cannot risk passing the items onto other customers.
