Cancelling an Order

You are able to cancel your order. Please be aware we have a speedy dispatch but do not worry as we will assist you with an easy return process if the products are unused and in their new original condition.

Returning a product

We accept returns for most of our items if they are unopened and unused and in their original packaging, within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Products will have to be mailed back to us in order for us to process your return and refund. Once we receive the products, we will process your refund within 48 hours. Depending on your method of payment, you can expect to receive your refund within 2 - 10 working days.

If an item is defective, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order and we shall do our best to resolve the issue for you. All products are checked before dispatch to ensure satisfaction. Customer service is at the Heart of our Policy and we aim to give complete satisfaction, please let us know if there is anything we can improve on.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns of any liquid products due to hygiene and contamination reasons, even if you say "We haven't opened or used it", we are unable to tell if this is true and we cannot risk passing the items onto other customers. 

Items we cannot accepts returns on are:

- Prep and Polish Solution
- Remove Solution
- All Glues
